Ways scholarship funds may support your family
Touch a Life is approved to provide the following categories. Final coverage depends on the student’s scholarship program, available balance, and Step Up approval.
Annual Home Education Evaluation
A friendly portfolio review and annual evaluation with clear guidance for the year ahead.
Choice Navigator Services
Personalized help comparing educational options, selecting curriculum, and planning an appropriate path.
Part-Time Tutoring
Targeted, individualized academic instruction designed to build skills and confidence.
Private Full-Time Tutoring
Consistent private instruction and a structured learning plan for eligible FES-UA and PEP families.
EMA direct payment
A simple path from consultation to payment
Scholarship payments are handled through Step Up’s EMA platform—not through Wix checkout.

Another payment option
Pay first and request reimbursement
When permitted by the scholarship, a family may pay Touch a Life directly and submit a paid invoice and supporting documentation to Step Up for reimbursement. Approval and processing are determined by Step Up For Students.
